Do you lock clients into long contracts?
Every package has a three-month minimum, because ads and email need time to learn and settle. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
Who do you work with?
Established construction and design businesses: home builders, renovators, interior designers and studios that already do great work and want a steadier flow of the right enquiries.
How much do I need to spend on ads?
It depends on your job size and how many projects you want each month. We work it out together on the first call, and our management fee is tiered by spend so it scales with you.
Do I need all four services?
No. Plenty of clients start with Performance Marketing or Email on its own. They work best together, so we'll show you where adding a channel would make the biggest difference.
What does a content day include?
A shot list, time on site, edited photos from a professional camera and short social-first video shot on iPhone, plus all the raw files. It's real and on-brand rather than cinematic production. For long-form film we bring in a videographer.
How will I know it's working?
Monthly reporting on enquiries, cost per lead and booked consults, with a strategy call to walk through it. Socials clients also get a weekly update.
Are you local?
Yes, Just Thynk is based in Brisbane. Content days happen on site across South East Queensland, and strategy work runs remotely for clients further afield.
