No refund policy
Because our services involve significant time, strategy and resources from the start of each engagement, all payments made to Just Thynk are non-refundable, including for change of mind or early termination. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment structure
- Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and due on the same date each month.
- One-off projects, email builds and content days are paid in full on acceptance of the proposal.
- Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google by the client and is not included in our fees.
Minimum term
All retainer agreements have a minimum commitment of three (3) months, so strategy has time to take effect and produce measurable results. After that, agreements continue month to month until written notice is given as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Payment disputes
If you have a concern about a payment or invoice, please contact us within seven (7) days of the invoice date at tahlia@justthynk.com.au. We'll work with you to resolve it promptly.
