The follow-up gap costing design studios their best leads

Someone enquires on a Tuesday. You send a quote on Thursday. Then nothing, from either side.

For most builders and design studios, that silence is where good leads disappear. The client wasn't saying no. They were busy, comparing, waiting for their partner to look at it, or simply not ready yet. Meanwhile the studio that kept showing up gets the call.

You don't fix this by chasing harder. You fix it with a short sequence of emails that go out automatically after every enquiry, so nobody slips through just because you were on site all week.

Email one: the same day

Send it within an hour of the enquiry. Confirm you've got their details, tell them exactly what happens next and when, and give them one thing to look at while they wait, like a recent project similar to theirs.

Email two: three days later

This one builds trust. Share a short story from a past project: what the client wanted, what you did, how it turned out. Real photos, a few lines, no hard sell. You're showing them what working with you feels like.

Email three: a week later

Make it easy to take the next step. Answer the question most people are too polite to ask, usually about budget, timing or process, and then invite them to book a site visit or a consult.

Why this works

Each email does one job: reassure, build trust, remove the last objection. Together they keep you in front of a client during the exact window when they're deciding who to call. And once it's set up, it runs every time, whether you remember or not.

If you'd like a hand building yours, that's what our Email Marketing service is for. Or book a quick-win call and I'll look at what you've got now.
